CATERING PHOTOGRAPHY BEFORE AND DURING SERVICE
Catering is temporary by nature: the cleanest full spread may exist for only a few minutes before guests arrive. We work to the run sheet so pristine presentation and the live service experience are both documented.
Protect the pre-guest window: We identify when platters, canapes, buffet stations and table settings will be complete, then capture wides and details before service changes them. Priority branding and presentation elements are included in the shot list.
People prove the service: Chefs, wait staff, finishing touches and approved guest interaction show the care behind delivery. Venue context distinguishes the work from restaurant table service and helps buyers picture scale.
Corporate and private uses: The library can support tenders, venue partnerships, corporate catering pages, wedding and private-function promotions, social campaigns and case studies. Food and event coverage can be combined under one run sheet.
Editing and delivery: Selected images are professionally edited and supplied in high-resolution and web-ready formats, with channel-specific crops prepared when they are included in the agreed brief.

When should the photographer arrive?
We work backwards from guest arrival and service. The run sheet should protect enough time to photograph the untouched full setup and details before guests enter.
Can you photograph food and the event together?
Yes. We can combine pre-service food and setup coverage with staff, venue, approved guests and event moments when the timing and scope are agreed.
Do you cover corporate and private catering?
Yes. We photograph corporate breakfasts and lunches, canapes, buffets, private functions, venue partnerships and larger hospitality events.
What should a caterer prepare?
Share the run sheet, menu, priority setups, branding requirements and access details. Nominate one person to confirm when each spread is photo-ready and to approve key frames.
