Website Support for Nonprofits

If your charity website is hard to update, difficult to use on mobile, missing a clear donation or enquiry path, or no longer reflects the work you do, we can help with a focused page, campaign landing page, content tidy-up, visual assets or a practical review.

How Support Works

There is no obligation. If you find the work helpful, we appreciate an honest review and a photo credit when images are used.

Common questions

What counts as 'limited scope'?

We focus on specific deliverables such as a single event photoshoot, a campaign landing page, a donation page review, a website hero image set or a simple tool such as a donation calculator. Full website builds and ongoing maintenance are outside the pro-bono program.

Do I need to be a registered charity?

Priority is given to registered charities, but we also support volunteer-led community groups and nonprofits that serve the WA community.

What happens after the project is done?

We hand over the files and assets to you. Because this is pro-bono work, we cannot offer ongoing support or updates, but we make the result as easy for your team to use as possible.

What do we need to provide?

You will need to nominate one project lead for approvals. For website or design support, we need your logo, colours, page text and any required links. For photography, we need the date, location and permission to shoot.

Why is Type 'Community Support' required?

This helps us identify community support requests quickly and keep them separate from commercial enquiries.
