Most Perth event bookings are scoped around timing first, then refined based on run sheet complexity, delivery speed, and what the gallery needs to do after the event.

WHAT CHANGES THE PRICE
Two events can both be four hours long and still need completely different coverage. The useful variables are what needs to be shown, how quickly the files need to land, and how many stakeholders are depending on the gallery.
Conferences, activations, and gala dinners all have different timing pressures. Multiple speakers, room changes, VIP moments, and sponsor commitments increase the production load.
Same-day selects, overnight media handoff, or fast sponsor reporting all change the workflow. If you need files while the event is still live, scope that in from the start.
A gallery built for recap content looks different from one built for sponsors, PR, or long-term website reuse. Clarity here makes the quote cleaner and the final gallery stronger.
