Common questions

What counts as 'limited scope'?

We focus on specific, deliverable assets like a single event photoshoot, a campaign landing page, or a specific component (e.g., a donation calculator). We don't take on full website builds or ongoing maintenance contracts.

Do I need to be a registered charity?

Priority is given to registered charities, but we also support volunteer-led community groups and non-profits that serve the WA community.

What happens after the project is done?

We hand over the files and assets to you. Because this is pro-bono work, we can't offer ongoing support or updates, but we ensure everything is easy for your team to use.

What do we need to provide?

You’ll need to nominate a single project lead from your side to handle approvals. For web projects, we’ll need your brand logo, colors, and any text you want included. For photography, we just need a date and permission to shoot.

Why is Type 'Community Support' required?

This helps filter your request directly to our pro-bono queue so it doesn't get mixed up with commercial inquiries.
